JUDGMENT
The petitioner is an SLR worker engaged in the Irrigation Section, Kuthiathodu, Alappuzha district. He has sought for orders from the first respondent to absorb him into the regular establishment as Worker by assigning him a date prior to the date of absorption of one P.S.Madhavan who commenced service only after the petitioner was engaged as SLR worker. According to the petitioner, he satisfies the terms and conditions stipulated by the Government for the grant of absorption into the regular establishment.
