Order
Koshy, J.
In the impugned judgment, we have given an interim protection without prejudice to the right of the workers to raise their disputes. It is submitted that review petitioner has now approached the District Labour Officer. In the above circumstances, there is no reason to review the order. Petitioner cannot take law into his hand, but, has to avail the statutory remedies. Since there is no ground to review the judgment, the review petition is dismissed.
