Sri Rajesh Gowda, learned counsel appearing for

the petitioner, on instructions from the complainant/petitioner who is present before the Court, submits that he would withdraw the petition.

On being confronted with the fact that the detenue had called the petitioner on 10.02.2026 and informed him about his whereabouts, and that despite the same he filed this petition, he submits that he will file an affidavit of apology. We permit him to file an affidavit of apology. Accepting the same, we permit him to withdraw the petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition (Habeas Corpus) is
