ORAL ORDER

The petitioner filed this petition seeking the following

reliefs:

a) Issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, quashing the impugned letter bearing No. SSCSSHO/GM/36/2025-26 dated 12.01.2026 issued by the Respondent No. 4 at Annexure A;

b) Issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, quashing the election notification dated 01.01.2026 issued by the Respondent No. 2 as being premature and illegal at Annexure B;

c) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing the Respondents to prepare and publish a fresh and final list of eligible voters strictly in accordance with the amended bye-laws of the Sangha approved on 10.01.2023, which prescribe a minimum interest turnover of Rs. 2,000/-;

d) Issue a further Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing the Respondents to issue a fresh election notification

and calendar of events after the finalization of the voters' list as prayed for above, and to conduct the election in a free and fair manner;

e) Pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice and equity.

The petitioner was intended to contest the

election for the Board of Directors to be held on 25.01.2026. Learned AGA for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that, the elections were held on 25.01.2026.

In view of the same, nothing further survives for consideration in this writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having rendered

infructuous .

In view of dismissal of the petition, pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
