"The Counsel for the petitioners most respectfully submit as follows:

1. During the pendency of this petition, the petitioner No.1 and the Respondent No.3 (Bandhan Bank) have entered into a One Time Settlement ('OTS') - the terms of which have been fully complied with and all of the petitioners' loan accounts with the Respondent No.3 now stand closed.

2. In view thereof, this petition is now rendered infructuous and the petitioners seek leave to withdraw the same, in the interests of justice."
