In this Writ Petition, the petitioners are assailing the

interim order passed by the respondent No.1 dated 09.03.2026 in dispute No.ANI/(VA&E)/D2/DAP/19/202526 (Annexure-K).

Having taken note of the submissions made by

the learned counsel appearing for the parties it is observed that as the issue involved in this writ petition as to the rights of the parties are governed under Section 29(C) of the Karnataka Co-operative Societies Act, 1959 (for short 'the Act'), I am of the view that, respondent No.1 shall dispose of the aforementioned appeal preferred by the petitioners herein within an outer limit of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

The order dated 09.03.2026 passed by the

competent authority under Section 29C(8)(b)(c) of the Act which is impugned in the aforementioned appeal, is hereby stayed till the conclusion of the proceedings as stated above.
