The present writ petition is filed seeking the following

"WHEREFORE, the Petitioner most respectfully pray this Hon'ble Court be pleased to:-

(a) Issue Writ of Mandamus against the Respondent Nos.1 to 5 to consider complaint dated 05.04.2021 at Annexure-P and to extend proper lawful police protection to the petitioner and House Site No.625.

(b) Pass such other order/s as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

This writ petition is filed in the year 2021. No interim orders are granted in this writ petition. In fact, the writ petition was dismissed for non prosecution once and later the said order is set aside.
