for withdrawal of the petition contending that the petitioner has filed the writ petition seeking quo warranto challenging appointment of 6^th respondent. In response the 6^th respondent has filed statement of objections justifying the appointment in detail. After perusing the explanation in statement of objections, the petitioner is not inclined to pursue the writ petition and prays to dismiss the writ petition as withdrawn.
