This writ petition is filed by the judgment debtor under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of Ex.No.10081/2025 pending before the V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tumkur (sitting at Tiptur).

In the said execution petition, the Executing Court has only issued notice to the petitioner/judgment debtor. So far, the Executing Court has not passed any order. If the petitioner has any grievance, he can contest the same before the Executing Court.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to raise all contentions before the Executing Court.
