After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing this petition as he has received the entire money due to him and he is insisting only for the interest.
Petitioner is at liberty to make such representation before the respondent-authority for payment of interest, if any, and the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
Petition is dismissed as not pressed .
