In these petitions, the respective petitioner has inter alia challenged an FIR drawn against him by the respondent No.1 in Crime No.40/2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Since the offences allegedly have occurred within the jurisdiction of the respondent No.1 and in view of the division of work between the Benches of the Court, these petitions have to be tried by the Bench at Kalaburagi and hence, Registry is directed to transmit the files to the Bench at Kalaburagi.
