In this petition, the petitioner seeks for the following relief:

“a. Issue writ of mandamus/order directing the respondent No.2 to consider the representation at Annexure-C dated 23.01.2026 submitted by the petitioner seeking regularization and permanency

and to pass a reasoned order within a time bound period, in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and

learned AGA for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and perused the material on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

having regard to the fact that representation at Annexure C dated 23.01.2026 submitted by the petitioner have not

been considered by the respondents so far, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition.

Per contra, learned AGA for respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits that if reasonable time is granted, respondents would consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.
