In this Writ Petition, the petitioner has sought for direction to respondent No.2-University to announce the results of the first semester BBA LL.B. examination of December-2019 undertaken by the petitioner in terms of the interim directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.52963/2019 (Anneuxre-A).

respondent No.2-University and invited the attention of

the Court to clause-13 and submitted that since the petitioner herein has secured attendance less than 50% in respondent No.1-College, the prayer sought in the petition cannot be accepted. Accordingly sought for dismissal of the writ petition.

In this regard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted as to reason for not attending the classes during the academic year of 2019-20 and accordingly, sought for interference of this Court.

Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, it is not in dispute as to the fact that the petitioner herein has attended the classes totaling to less than 50%. The class attendance of respondent No.1-College would also indicate the same. On careful consideration of clause-13 of the Regulation governing the five years BBA LL.B. course of respondent No.2-University and also the order dated 20.06.2025 passed in W.P.No.17720/2025 by this Court, I

am of the view that, the relaxation of the attendance as sought for by the petitioner cannot be accepted.
