The petitioners herein are seeking a writ of mandamus to direct respondent Nos.2 and 3 to conduct tatkal survey, phodi and hudbust in respect of the land in question, in terms of the petitioners' application dated 15.11.2024 as per Annexures-E and F to the Writ Petition.

In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to consider the applications at Annexures -E and F, expeditiously.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
