The petitioner seeks directions for correction in

her Secondary School Leaving Certificate [SSLC] Marks Card. The petitioner contends that she is born on 23.05.1980 but by oversight, it is mentioned as 23.05.1985. Mr. K. P. Bhuvan, the learned counsel for the petitioner, proposes to contend that this error is a typographical error because the petitioner's academic/other records show the correct date of birth. Be that as it may, it cannot be disputed that petitioner will have to file appropriate suit for declaration.
