The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to respondent No.2 to consider their representation dated 06.11.2025 which is annexed as Annexure-H to the present petition.

The petitioners claim that petitioner No.1 is an association registered under the Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960 and the petitioner No.2 to 6 are its Office Bearers. The petitioner

No.1 made an application on 29.04.2025 for grant of quarry lease. However, the petitioners application has not been considered.

The learned Government Advocate submits that the petitioners application would be considered in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from today.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be
