the petitioner and have perused the material on record.

The petitioner is the complainant. The complainant

has preferred the subject petition seeking to withdraw the complaint on the score that the parties to the lis have settled the dispute amongst themselves.

In the light of the petition being preferred by the complainant herself and the agreement arrived at between the parties, I deem it appropriate to accept the same and obliterate the crime against husband and the family members.

Ordered accordingly and Writ Petition is disposed .
