In this petition, the limited prayer of the petitioner is for a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the Miscellaneous Appeal in M.A.No.16/2022 as expeditiously as possible, within a stipulated time frame.

Accordingly, the Trial Court, before whom M.A.No.16/2022 is pending, is directed to dispose of the said appeal on or before 30.04.2026, in accordance with law.
