1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the

following reliefs;

(i) Quash the impugned orders of externment dated 04.12.2025 passed by the Respondent No.2/ Assistant Commissioner Cum Sub-Divional Magistrate, Kolar Sub-Division, Kolar District, in the case No.M.A.G: C.R:31/2025-26 vide "Annexure-A", against the petitioner and allow the writ petition.

(ii) direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the impugned orders and

allow him to exercise all his rights guaranteed under constitution of India;
