In this petition, the petitioner has sought for direction to the respondent - authorities to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records.

On careful consideration of the representation produced at Annexure-H dated 23.07.2025, which makes it clear that the Khatha has already been changed by the respondent - authorities and in this regard, he sought for restoration of the same.

In that view of the matter, it is open for the petitioner herein to challenge the order of change of Khatha made by the respondent - authorities in a manner known to law. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of change of Khatha, the writ petition
