Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking to withdraw this writ petition, which reads as under:
" 1, the undersigned Counsel for the Petitioner respectfully submits that the above Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner against the Respondents seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent authorities to consider and dispose of the Petitioners' representation dated 09.12.2025 and consequently to remove and reallocate the High-Tension Transmission Tower situated in the schedule property, as prayed for in the petition.
The Petitioners respectfully submit that they do not wish to proceed with the above Writ Petition and Kindly prays to dismiss the said petition as not pressed.
Therefore, in view of the above, it is most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to dismiss the above Writ Petition as not pressed, in the interest of justice and equity. "
