Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner No.1 has given representation to respondent No.5 - The Deputy Commissioner for phodi and durasth of his lands measuring 8 acres in Sy.No.105 situated at Bugathagalli Village, Varuna Hobli, Mysuru Taluk and District. Learned counsel submits that appropriate directions may be given to the concerned respondents to carry out the phodi and durasth.

Learned Additional Government Advocate however

submits that normally this Court would direct the parties to file online application for phodi and durasth. However, in respect of granted lands, since the phodi and the durasth have to be conducted simultaneously in respect of all the granted lands, sufficient time may be required to complete the process. Learned AGA submits on instructions that land in question situated in the Sy.No.105 comprises of 39 acres and 23 guntas of land and several grants have been made in the said survey
