Heard Sri Dhiraj Nayarkodi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri K. Aravind Kamath, learned Additional Solicitor General of India along with Smt. Anupama Hegde, learned Central Government Counsel for respondent No.1; Sri H.R. Showri, learned counsel for respondent No.2; and Sri T.P. Muthanna, learned counsel for respondent No.3 to 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter for some time, files a memo dated 11.03.2026 seeking leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for continuation of the interim order dated 17.12.2025 staying the Articles of Charge dated 24.09.2025 for a period of one week so as to enable the petitioner to approach appropriate forum. When the petitioner has withdrawn the writ petition, it would be inappropriate for this Court to continue the interim order.
