In this petition, petitioners seeks the following

reliefs:

a) Issue an order or writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 26.10.2024 passed by the Principal Senior Civil Judge and C.J.M. at Chikkamagaluru in F.D.P.No.15 of 2022 marked at Annexure-C to the writ petition.

b) Issue any order or orders as deems fit and proper including the cost of the proceedings in the interest of justice and equity".

counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners who are respondent Nos.2 and 4 in the instant final decree proceedings in F.D.P.No.15 of 2022 have filed their objections to the Commissioner's report and the Trial Court may be directed to consider the same and proceed further, in accordance with law.
