D. against Rathnamma, praying to quash the impugned order dated 15.10.2025 passed in M.A.No.13/2021 by the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Magadi (Annexure-H) and the order dated 19.11.2021 on I.A.No.I in O.S.No.128/2018 by the II Additional Civil Judge and JMFC, Magadi (Annexure-E). After arguing the matter for some time, the petitioner's counsel submitted that the Trial Court be directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.128/2018 as expeditiously as possible. The Court recorded the submission and directed the Trial Court to dispose of the suit in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, directed the parties to co-operate, and further directed both parties to maintain status quo, in all respects, as on today, in relation to the suit schedule property, till disposal of the suit by the Trial Court. After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Trial Court may be directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.128/2018 as expeditiously as possible.
