At the preliminary hearing, BDA filed a memo with an endorsement dated 03.01.2026 recording that the allotment letter had not yet been issued and would follow disposal of the pending OMBBR case No. 28694/2023, an earlier OMBBR case No. 60013/2014 concerning the same survey number having been disposed on 05/07/2022.
