The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:

(i) Issue a writ/order /direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned orders issued by the r2 dated 16.12.2024 bearing No.NAE(P) PR/148/2024-25 at Annexure-A, purportedly based on order passed by the respondent no.1 dated 14.11.2024 bearing GO-NO. NAE 801 MNU 2024 at Annexure A1 to meet the ends of justice and equity and

(ii) Grant such other reliefs as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the current case to meet the ends of justice and equity.
