ORAL ORDER

In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs:-

“i) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the 2^nd respondent to consider the representations dated 11.07.2025 vide Annexures-J and K dated 27.10.2025 with immediate effect.

ii) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the 2^nd respondent to consider the grievance of the petitioner as per the Circular dated 09.07.2025 issued by the 2^nd Respondent vide Annexure-L bearing No. EAUÁAªÀiÁ¸ÀA/DqÀ½vÀ/¸ÀÄ/18/2025-26 with immediate effect.

iii) Issue a writ or order or direction as this Hon’ble Court deems fit under the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.”

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

AGA for respondent Nos.1 and 3 and learned counsel for respondent No.2 and perused the material on record.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that her representations at Annexures - J and K dated 11.07.2025 and 27.10.2025, respectively, submitted to the respondents have not been considered so far by the respondents nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of present petition.

Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, the respondents would consider and pass necessary order on the said representations.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondent No.2 is hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider her representations at Annexures - J and K dated 11.07.2025 and 27.10.2025, respectively and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of.
