“1. Issue directions to the Bengaluru North CEN PS, to expedite the process of investigation in furtherance of the complaint and FIR dated 06.05.2024, registered in Cr. No. 214/2024, for the offences punishable under Sections 66D and 66C of IT Act and Section 420 of IPC, pending on the file of the Hon'ble 45^th Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bangalore, in ANNEXURE A, and file final report in furtherance of the same within a period of one week.
