The petitioner, a member of the first

respondent-an Association registered under the Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960 is aggrieved by the second and the third respondents' decision to suspend his membership by the impugned order dated 29.01.2025 [Annexure-C]. The second and the third respondents have been arrayed in their personal capacity but mentioning that they are the President and Secretary of the first respondent.

If the petitioner is aggrieved by the second and third respondents' decision, this Court must opine that the petitioner must work out his remedy as is permissible under Section 9 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and there is no reason for this Court's interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
