RTC in respect to the land in question, i.e., 9 guntas in Sy.No.6/8 of Lalithaadripura Village, Varuna Hobli, Mysore Taluk, is "Sarkari Beelu". Therefore, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the writ petition was dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent revenue authority seeking necessary correction in the RTC and await records and thereafter, work out remedies in accordance with law. This Court finds that in this writ petition, the petitioners are questioning the order passed by the Special

Assistant Commissioner, Mysore Sub-Division, in proceedings bearing No.R.A.58/2022 dated 26.07.2024, which is at an earlier point of time and not after the orders were passed by this Court. Therefore, the remedy available for the petitioners is to approach the Tahsildar or the Assistant Commissioner to remove the forfeiture "Sarkari Beelu" in the RTC.
