In this petition, petitioners are challenging the order dated 08^th October, 2025 (Annexure-K) passed by the respondent No.2; inter alia sought for direction to the respondent No.3 to constitute Recruitment Committee for appointment of Chief Executive Officer of Beguru Milk Producers Co-Operative Society Ltd., and appoint permanent Chief Executive Officer in accordance with law.

Heard Sri. Jai Prakash Reddy M., learned counsel appearing for the petitioners; Sri. H.K. Kenchegowda, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3; and Sri. Satheesh K.N., learned counsel appearing for respondents 4 and 9.

Having taken note of the submission made by learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the writ petition, the same would indicate that the petitioners herein are challenging the interim order passed by the respondent No.2 in Case No.DRT/Dhava/Melmanavi/02/2025-

Therefore, I am of the considered opinion that, instead of interfering with the impugned order, it is expedient to direct the respondent No.2 to conclude the entire proceedings in the appeal. Accordingly, the respondent No.2 is directed to conclude the entire proceedings in Case No. DRT/Dhava/Melmanavi/02/2025-2026, within an outer limit of four months from the date of receipt of this order.

It is made clear that the respondent No.3 shall take decision in the matter for appointment of Chief Executive Officer to the respondent No.12-Socieity at the earliest in accordance with law. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
