"1. This Court on 19.06.2026 taking note of the absence of learned counsel for the petitioners consecutively, had ordered issuance of Court notice to the petitioners and also simultaneously directed

the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 to 4 to inform the petitioners in writing about the pendency of the petition.

2. Even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 to 4 has filed a memo dated 27.06.2026 along with copy of the e-mail addressed to the petitioner No.1, regarding pendency of the present petition.

4. Memo is taken on record.

5. The aforesaid memo and e-mail correspondence indicate that respondent Nos.2 to 4 have indeed informed the petitioner No.1 regarding pendency of the petition.

6. Learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 to 4 further submits that petitioner No.2 has retired from the services.

7. Court notice has been issued to the petitioners on 30.06.2026.
