The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

i) Issue a writ of certiorari or similar writ or order or direction to quash the order dated 08.08.2024 in Case No.MSC/26/-2023 passed by the first respondent as per Annexure-H;

ii) Issue any other appropriate writ or order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.

for the Petitioner has been filed, which reads as under;

During the pendency of the above Writ Petition the Respondents No.2 and 3 have died on 31.01.2026 and 20.01.2026 respectively. In view of the death of Respondents No.2 and 3, the relief sought in the above Writ Petition does not survive for consideration. Hence, the petitioner seeks
