The learned counsel for the petitioner files a
memo for withdrawal which reads as under.
" It is submitted that, the petitioner filed the above writ petition against the respondent No.1 to 4, seeking writ of directions aggrieved by the construction undertaken by the respondent No.3 and 4., and also sought for Interim relief to stay their construction work pending disposal of the petition. Now the petitioner and respondent No.3 and 4 resolved their dispute out side court. Under these circumstances the above petition become infructuous. Hence the petitioner intends to withdraw the above petition and pray that this Hon'ble court may pleased to dismiss the above petition as not pressed in the interest of justice and equity."
The memo is taken on record and the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
