The present writ petition is filed seeking for the following

reliefs:

" a. Quash the impugned tender notification dated 21-102024 bearing No. KSHDCL/MKTG/RE-T/887/2024-25 produced as Annexure-F issued by the Respondent No. 2

and also the impugned order dated 21-10-2024 bearing No. KSHDCL/mKtg/889/2024-25 produced as Annexure-E passed by the Respondent No. 1 by issue of writ of certiorari or any other suitable writ or order or directions.

Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to accept the tender of the petitioner in pursuance of the tender notification dated 26-8-2024 bearing No. KSHDCL/MKTG/E-T/662/2024-25 issued by the Respondent No. 2 produced as Annexure-A and further direct the Respondents to proceed with the said tender notification and issue work order and agreement in favour of the petitioner for the said tender notification.

c. Grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble court deems fit under the circumstances of the present case including an order for costs may kindly be passed in the interest of justice and equity"

It is forthcoming that the petitioner seeks to quash the

impugned tender notification dated 21.10.2024 (Annexure E to the writ petition).

Learned counsel for the respondents as well as the learned counsel for the impleading applicants submits that the said tender notification was cancelled and the material that was sought to be produced under the said tender has already been procured after the Concerned Authority has approached the Government and an exemption in terms of the provisions of the Karnataka Transparency in Public Procurement Act 1999, was granted by the government.
