" Herein the memo from Petitioner praying is as under as:

I am the petitioner of this case. I have filed this petition seeking direction to the Respondent 1 to cancel the certificate of registration under the press and registration of book act-1867 section-12 and Respondent-2 to cancellation of declaration. But unfortunately the publication of the Newspaper was temporarily stopped by the publisher. Hence being a petitioner I am praying this Hon'ble Court to permit me to withdraw the WP No. 27519/2023.."
