Heard Sri. M. Mohamed Ibrahim along with Sri. Ashok Kumar R., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Shetty Vignesh Shivaram, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

In this writ petition, the petitioner has called in question the Show Cause Notice dated 20.09.2024, produced at Annexure–E.

During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has already submitted a detailed reply/objections dated 25.09.2024, produced at Annexure–F, to the impugned Show Cause Notice.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court deems it

appropriate to direct the respondent-Bank to consider the reply/objections dated 25.09.2024 (Annexure–F) submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within an outer limit of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if no decision has already been taken. The decision so taken shall be duly communicated to the petitioner herein.

Till such consideration and decision, the respondent-Bank is directed not to take any precipitative/coercive action against the petitioner, if not already taken.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of .
