"The petitioner has filed the above petition by challenging the order dated 17/12/2022 passed in O.S.No.1591/2022 by IV Addl. Civil Judge, Bangalore Rural District, for refusing to grant of ex-parte injunction. Subsequently the said suit has been transferred to Civil Judge and JMFC, Krishnarajapura, Bangalore Rural Dist., and renumbered as O.S.No.1956/2025. The said suit has been decreed vide judgment and decree dated 24/03/2026.
