“MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL OF PETITION

Petitioner-in-person, Advocate RAMESH NAIK.L, in the above case submits that Petitioner is presently a member, Juvenile Justice Board (JJB), Tumkur District and maintained high degree of integrity in his personal life and professional career. Even if the above writ petition is allowed, it is against to the professional ethics, conduct and integrity of the Petitioner herein to associate with the Corrupt Respondent No.2-Sri Shiva Shaikshanika Seva Ashrama(R.) organization which is being administered as family company by its officebearers by involving in illegalities and irregularities. In view of the aforesaid reason, Petitioner-in-person does not want to continue this petition and hence prays this Hon'ble High Court to withdraw the same. Hence this memo may be taken on record so as to meet the interest of justice.”
