Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a memo seeking leave of the Court to withdraw the petition which reads as under:

“The Petitioner most respectfully submits as follows:
The present writ petition was filed challenging the order passed by the Trial Court directing attachment of the subject property. Subsequently, during the pendency of the proceedings, the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled before the Trial Court and the issue involved in the present writ petition no longer survives for consideration.
In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties and as the grievance raised in the writ petition has already been redressed, the Petitioner does not wish to prosecute the present writ petition any further.
WHEREFORE, the Petitioner respectfully prays that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to permit the Petitioner to withdraw the present writ petition as not pressed and pass such other order(s) as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice and equity.”
2. In view of the aforesaid memo, the writ petition
is dismissed as withdrawn.
