Khata in respect of property which is a subject matter of the writ petition. As the same has not been acted upon by respondent no.4, the present writ petition is filed with the following prayers:

"a . Issue a Writ of Mandamus/Any other Writ/Direction to the Respondents No.1 to 4 to consider the representation at Annexure "A" dated 02.06.2025 and Annexure "B" to "D" dated 01.07.2025 respectively for effecting "E" Katha in his favour inrespect of property bearing present Katha no.14, (14/1), measuring East to West : 45 ft. and North to South : 55 ft Situated at Kodigepalli Mazara Dasepalli village, Kyasamballi Hobli, Vengasandra Grama Panchayth, K.G.F. Taluk to the Writ Petition by allowing the Writ Petition.

b. Grant such other relief/s as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity."
