In this writ petition, the petitioner is

assailing the order dated 22.06.2026 passed by respondent No.2Deputy Commissioner inter-lia

sought for transfer of khata in the name of the petitioner.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing

for the parties, it is forthcoming from the impugned order that the land in question has been released by the mother and brother of the petitioner in favour of

the petitioner under a registered Release Deed dated 08.03.2023. It is also forthcoming that O.S. No.

In view of the above, this Court finds no perversity in the order passed by the respondentauthorities. Accordingly, the same is confirmed.

However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to approach the competent revenue authorities after the conclusion of the suit proceedings, if so advised.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed .
