The present writ petition is filed seeking the following

prayers:

"a) Issue, appropriate writ, order or direction to set aside the impugned order dated 09.08.2023 passed by the HON'BLE DEBTS RECOVERY TRIBUNAL II AT BENGALURU on IA No.622/2023 application file under section 22(2) (h) of the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act in O.A No.928/2022, (Annexure-A) in the interest of justice and equity.

b) Allow the IA No.622/2023 application filed under section 22(2) (h) of the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act Vide ANNEXURE:-'C' dated 18.03.2023,

c) Issue Any Other writ, order or direction Which Deems fit for this Hon'ble Court under the facts and circumstances, of the case including the award of costs in the interest of justice and equity."

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/Bank

submits that the present petition is filed against the order passed in I.A.No.622/2023 in O.A. No. 928/2022.It is further submitted that the main O.A. itself has been disposed of on 20.12.2024 and therefore, nothing survives for consideration in the present petition.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/Bank, perused the material on record.

When the interlocutory application was questioned before this Court and no stay was granted and since the main O.A. itself has been disposed of, the interim order stands merged with the final order, hence, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.
