The petitioners, in this writ petition, are seeking direction to respondent No.2 to consider the

representation dated 05.06.2026 (Annexure - A).

Looking into the averments made in the at Annexure - wherein a representation A, joint representation has been made for formation of a permanent approach road, in land bearing Survey No.8 of Mavalipura Village, Hesaraghatta-2 Hobli, Yelahanka taluk, I am of the view that, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the same, in accordance with law, in the light of the circular, if any, issued by the government, as to provide relief to the petitioners within an outer limit of 3 months from the receipt of copy of this order.
