Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

In the present writ petition, the petitioner has

sought a direction to the respondent-authorities to issue the khata/mutation in respect of the land in question, contending that the said land has been granted in his favour.

Accordingly, the petitioner has sought a

direction to respondent No. 4 by considering the representation produced at Annexure-G.

Taking into consideration the averments made in the representation dated 26.04.2022, at Annexure-G, I am of the opinion that the petitioner shall submit one

more representation, along with a copy of the grant order and all other relevant documents, to respondent No. 4.
