The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 16.06.2025 in I.A.No.5 in COM.O.S.No.14/2022, whereby the Commercial Court dismissed an application filed by defendant No.3 under Order VII Rule 10 read with Section 151 of the CPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents/plaintiffs submits that this Court in WP No.21874/2025 and batch dated 23.06.2026 had passed an order by setting aside the order passed by the Commercial Court and transferred the suits to the jurisdictional court, Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru.

for the respondents/plaintiffs and in the light of the orders passed in WP No.21874/2025 dated 23.06.2026, this Court is passing the following:
