In this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 06^th May, 2025 (Annexure-A) filed by the petitioner for issuing the copy of official memorandum issued by the respondent No.5-Deputy Commissioner.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, it is forthcoming that the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to consider the representation filed by him for issuing copy of official memorandum issued by the respondent No.5-Deputy Commissioner. In this regard, I am of the view that the petitioner has to approach the competent authority by filing an application through Right to Information Act. Accordingly, reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach

the competent authority under the Right to Information Act, writ petition is dismissed.
