The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:

i. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction directing respondent to rectify the names of the students as sought for by the petitioner in light of the representation dtd. 15.12.2026 (sic.15.12.2025) and consider and act upon the representation submitted by the petitioner dated (i.e., Annex-C1);

ii. Pass such other order or direction as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.

The petitioner has sought for a mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 15.12.2025 vide Annexure ‘C1’, wherein the petitioner has requested the respondent-University to rectify the names and approve the admissions of three students of B.Sc. Nursing students and two

students of M.Sc. Nursing, whose names are the subject matter of the representation dated 15.12.2025. However, the respondent has not considered the said representation and has not passed any order on the same. Hence, this writ petition.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that if a reasonable time is granted, the respondent will consider the representation dated 15.12.2025 vide Annexure-C1 and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-University to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.12.2025 vide Annexure-C1 and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a
