Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following

reliefs:

a. Issue a Writ of Mandamus by directing the Respondent No.3 bank to defreeze the accounts of the Petitioner and permit the Petitioner herein to use and operate the current account bearing the A/C No. 201002949735,

b. Grant such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.

signed by the counsel for the petitioner, which reads as

"The undersigned counsel for the above-named petitioner most respectfully submits that the present writ petition was filed as the Petitioner's bank account had been placed under debit freeze by the Respondent Bank, thereby preventing the Petitioner from operating the said account.

It is further submitted that, during the course of the proceedings, the debit freeze has been removed and the petitioner is now able to operate the said bank account.

In the circumstances, the relief sought in the writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, the petitioner seeks leave of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the present petition in the interest of justice and equity."
